What to Expect when you start therapy?
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to have questions about how the process works.

Online Therapy Session

I currently offer therapy exclusively through online sessions (tele-therapy). Sessions are conducted via a secure video platform, allowing you to attend therapy from a private and comfortable space of your choice. Tele-therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions, while offering greater flexibility and accessibility.

Confidentiality
​
Your privacy is taken seriously. Everything you share in therapy is kept confidential and treated with care. Information is not shared with anyone else, except in rare situations where I am ethically or legally required to do so — such as concerns about immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, or when mandated by a court.

Informed Consent & Next Steps

Before beginning therapy, you will receive a detailed informed consent form that outlines the therapy process, confidentiality, fees, boundaries, and your rights as a client. This ensures that you have all the information you need and the opportunity to ask questions before starting sessions.
