My Story
I've always been drawn to the inner workings of the human mind—how our experiences shape our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions. From a young age, I found myself asking big questions: Why are some people able to remain strong in the face of suffering? What allows us to love, grieve, or stay connected even when it hurts? How does a child see the world—and how do we change as we grow?

These questions weren’t just passing thoughts; they became the foundation of a lifelong journey.
Driven by a deep curiosity about human nature, I pursued formal study in psychology and philosophy. Along the way, I earned a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree in Counselling psychology and Master's in Philosophy in Clinical Psychology. My academic and clinical training have provided me with a strong foundation—but it’s the human stories I’ve encountered that have taught me the most.

In therapy, I work from a client-centered, Gestalt, and existential perspective, always honoring each person’s unique experience and inner wisdom. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and an eclectic mix of approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and concerns. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process—one that supports not just healing, but personal growth, emotional awareness, and the discovery of meaning.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, loss, identity, relationship challenges, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

What I can help with:
As a clinical psychologist, I work with people facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s transitions, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I offer support for those experiencing:
-
Anxiety and stress that feel hard to manage
-
Depression and low mood, including feeling stuck or unmotivated
-
Grief and loss, whether recent or from the past
-
Relationship and family challenges, including communication or connection struggles
-
Trauma and difficult life experiences that continue to affect you
-
Self-esteem and identity concerns, including questions about who you are or where you belong
-
Life transitions, such as career changes, breakups, or personal growth
-
Emotional overwhelm, or feeling like your emotions are "too much"
-
Meaning and purpose, when life feels confusing or directionless
I also support those navigating chronic stress, burnout, or caregiving roles, and offer a space to explore existential questions and emotional healing.
No matter where you are in your journey, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. You're not alone—and healing is possible.
